Glenn E. Billington is admitted to practice law before the Ohio Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States as well as all local trial and appellate Courts. He graduated from Cornell University in 1965 and Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law (cum laude) in 1970. After practicing with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland for five years, he established his own practice in 1975.

Glenn's commitment to the community includes service on the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and numerous other civic, professional, church and political organizations.

His clients have included hundreds of individuals and both for-profit and not-for profit enterprises. His business experience includes organizing a farm in Africa and assisting with the management of a small manufacturing company.

As a general-practice lawyer, Glenn's concentration has been in providing close personal attention to the needs of his clients.. His characteristic approach is to seek solutions to the client's problem in the most efficient manner which at times requires aggressive litigation and at other times requires effective counseling and negotiations.

His strength is in developing long-term relationships with clients. This allows him to anticipate and seek to avoid many legal problems that individuals and smaller enterprises may face. He is helpful in developing business plans for a variety of enterprises.

Glenn is also effective in determining a client's needs and when appropriate, engaging co-counsel or referral counsel for specialized services in the most cost-effective manner possible.
